Before opening a support ticket please search for an answer yourself by taking the following steps:
1) Click on the "Help" link located to the top right of your web hosting control panel. To login to your Web Hosting Control Panel: CP LOGIN -CLICK HERE
2) Look for an answer by using the search tool at our blog. To do this: CLICK HERE FOR SEARCH TOOL
3) Login to your account administration area here. You will see a menu on the left, click on the "Contact Support" button. From there you will be able to create a customer support ticket.
